About Us

The Dolime Quarry is owned by River Valley Developments, a subsidiary of Carson Reid Holdings Ltd., a second-generation family business that is proud to have been headquartered in Guelph for over 50 years.

Dolime Quarry is a legally operating, active quarry with provincial rock extraction and water-taking permissions. Given its supply and permits, it has an estimated remaining operating life of 15-30 years.

The quarry is operated by James Dick Construction, one of Ontario’s leading quarry operators since 1964.
